At least 5 years progressive experience in project management, PMP certification is preferred. Excellent written and oral communications both in English and Mandarin-interpersonal skills is a must. Organized, efficient, and attentive to details Proven ability to work with all members of a project team, including business leaders, technical leaders, developers, and system administrators Must be extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving many issues simultaneously Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Project is preferredo Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis is a plus Familiar with American and European cultures, preference to applicants with experience of overseas study or residence. Good working knowledge of Video Games and also understanding of how game software is made. Knowledge of game production tools and production pipeline.
