  • Supervise and coordinate production on multiple projects

  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project is preferredo Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis is a plus
  • Familiar with American and European cultures, preference to applicants with experience of overseas study or residence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • At least 2 years of solid working experience in project management, including team supervision.

  • Good working knowledge of Video Games and also understanding of how game software is made.

  • Responsible for the Art Team and ownership over its deliverables
  • Work with the Art Director, Project Manager and Technical Artist to refine the project's art style and technical requirements
  • Balance a project's creative and visual requirements with schedule, staffing and technical considerations
  • Responsible for communication between Art Director and client and make final decision
  • Set and maintain high standards regarding the aesthetic and technical aspects of art content
  • Refine, manage and oversee the entire art production pipeline
  • Conduct critiques with clear and consistent direction to art team
  • Help create and maintain art schedules and milestones with Project Manager
  • Responsible for hiring any additional necessary art staff, and training and career direction for the Art Team
  • Highly organized individual with an eye for details and a passion for leading and mentoring
Qualifications:
  • B.A. or equivalent degree from accredited Art Institution.
  • At least 5 years prior game industry experience.
  • Must have shipped a minimum of 2 video game titles, as Art Director.oInterest in new technologies and games.
  • Ability to sketch and draw, familiarity with all standard 3D and 2D computer art applications (particularly 3D Studio Max and Maya).

Technical Artist SuZhou Responsibilities:
  • Create Maya/Max scripts for dev. team needs oCreate Maya/Max tools & plug ins based on dev. team needs
  • Setup animation rig and UI for animators
  • Optimize asset pipeline based on projects requirement
  • Meet production schedule with on-time delivery and quality
  • Train entry-level 3D artists on tools, techniques, pipeline and process
  • Assist project art leads to identify risks and optimize creation process
Qualifications:
  • College degree in fine arts or computer science
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • 3+ years of art production knowledge on shipped titles across multiple platforms
  • 3+ years of working knowledge of Maya or Max oExcellent 3D modeling, texturing skills and Scripting
  • Understand efficient techniques and hardware/software limitations
  • Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality
  • May require travel as needed
Skills:
  • Experience in leading a team of production artists with great rapport oExperience in 3D CGI & game production
