- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Project is preferredo Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis is a plus
- Familiar with American and European cultures, preference to applicants with experience of overseas study or residence.

- Set and maintain high standards regarding the aesthetic and technical aspects of art content
- Refine, manage and oversee the entire art production pipeline
- Conduct critiques with clear and consistent direction to art team
- Help create and maintain art schedules and milestones with Project Manager
- Responsible for hiring any additional necessary art staff, and training and career direction for the Art Team

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years prior game industry experience.
- Must have shipped a minimum of 2 video game titles, as Art Director.oInterest in new technologies and games.
- Ability to sketch and draw, familiarity with all standard 3D and 2D computer art applications (particularly 3D Studio Max and Maya).

- Train entry-level 3D artists on tools, techniques, pipeline and process

Qualifications:
- College degree in fine arts or computer science
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- 3+ years of art production knowledge on shipped titles across multiple platforms
- 3+ years of working knowledge of Maya or Max oExcellent 3D modeling, texturing skills and Scripting
- Understand efficient techniques and hardware/software limitations
- Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality
- May require travel as needed
